Abstract In this current era, the concept of nonlinearity plays an important and essential role in intuitionistic fuzzy arena. This article portrays impression different representation nonlinear pentagonal number (PIFN) its classification under scenarios. A new de-intuitification technique non-linear PIFN is addressed along with various graphical representations. Additionally, paper, we have observed by applying it economic production quantity model where not perfect defective items are produced which reworked. The considered learning forgetting, as linear, crisps It from numerical study that high effects rework lead to decrease item, which, besides advantage, may a positive effect on environment. Even though forgetting has adverse effect, average total cost much less than basic ignores worker forgetting. Finally, comparative sensitivity analysis result shows utility noble work.
